The application of the guarantee is conditional on the registration of the Battery(ies) on our site under the ‘4-year warranty’ tab.
We may ask you to produce the purchase invoice for the EAB, showing the identity of the customer, the product purchased, the date and the serial number of the frame and battery.
*The 4-year extended warranty on our batteries does not cover reconditioned batteries. They come with a one-year guarantee from the date of purchase.

The O2FEEL after-sales service determines whether the warranty or charges shall apply in accordance with the elements called for in order to establish the cause of the breakdown or fault. To do this, the after-sales service may request photos, videos or the electric bike being taken to a dealer’s electric bike workshop.
